Very new to photography as a hobby, enjoying getting to grips with my first DSLR (Nikon D3000) it is a piece of equipment I will hopefully learn to use to it's full potential (when I have time lol) the poor thing's on auto 70% of the time.

I don't take myself too seriously, if I achieve a good shot, great; do I want to create fantastic images? of course I do, but my main aim is to simply enjoy being out and about with my camera (usually with my 2 cocker spaniels in tow) :D
