I mainly enjoy Flickr because I love looking at other people's photos - they are marvelous, all types of photography apppreciated! So much talent and enthusiasm out there!

love that you can freeze a real moment, with its colour, feelings, texture and mood :) I love taking shots of things that mean much to me, not necessarily pretty or nice, but stuff that I LIVED :))

I learnt photography on a Nikon 5700. This poor old boy has suffered enormously over the years. He has been scratched, caked in sand and mud, banged, dropped and recently even drowned in a stream.. He remains faithful, though temperamental. He is strong willed and has a mind of his own- we remain great friends :)))

Recently my camera family got bigger and a Canon EOS500D joined us. We are still learning to understand each other. May take some time, but lets hope the journey remains fun! :-)
