*waves* Yup, I hate describing myself but I'll try!

I currently live in North Carolina with my husband Tony. I work at a local restaurant, which Tony manages. We've been there forever, so you'll see a lot of our friends in the restaurant pictures.

I love to travel, read, listen to music, and try to sing. I don't really collect anything other than cds and books. I love photography and cooking.

I tend to be a bit obsessed with nature shots - you'll see the bulk of my photos are of trees, sunsets, foliage, and the like. I can't seem to stop myself from taking these kinds of shots. Most are taken in North Carolina, but I do have some lovely photos of Maine, where I spent my childhood.

We have a small collection of wee beasties - Brownie, our German Shepherd/Black Lab mix; Fido, our siamese mix; and Peanut, who's fluffy. We've had two other cats and one dog who have gone on to other adventures, Rocky, who is now living with some friends of ours; and Baby, who got "kidnapped" by a neighbor. Yogi, Brownie's brother, disappeared one day from our yard. We also had Fido and Peanut's brother, Oscar, for a time, but he passed away much too early. Their pictures are still in my photography.
