I'm Heather, and I'm an artist/author. I've been a vegetarian for seventeen years, ecstatically married for nine, and obsessive compulsive for as long as I can remember. Blathering and creating are what I do best, and making people happy helps me sleep at night.

My life is an ongoing process of learning to embrace my creatively neurotic self, and I'm okay with that.

I started drawing on walls as soon as I could wield a crayola, and didn't stop until an accredited university gave me a degree. Now I try to keep it confined to the proper creative vehicles. ^_^

I'm constantly knitting, drawing, painting, sculpting, writing, sewing or thinking about one of the aforementioned tasks. Basically, I'm addicted to creating, and inspired by all forms of life. When I'm not creating something to share with you here, I'm writing and illustrating children's books.
