I am the Captain of FREED’EM. We own and operate a Big Game Fishing charter on the rich and calm waters of the island of Madeira (Portugal) located off the west coast of Africa.

I have a long experience in the sportfishing area and I have fished most of the seas around the world where Marlin of different species and other Big Game species are found.

As an IGFA Certified Captain, my goal is to introduce experienced and non-experienced anglers the adventures at open sea with the Makaira Nigricans, the Atlantic Blue Marlin, amongst also Big Eye Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado, etc.

We also fully support the Billfish Foundation project to preserve marine life and therefore we practice Tag and Release of all billfish after their reanimation.
