I'm a Macro enthusiast who's main passion is dealing with pets, be they vertebrates or invertebrates and a lot of summer wildlife.

I try to approach it with the same mentality of portraiture, working to capture and provoke a feeling of personality than just a really good detail shot.

I've shot Nikon for several years, more recently moving to Canon for their 100mm L IS Macro lens. Current camera's include a Canon 40D with EF-s 17-85 lens, and 100mm L IS Macro.

I also enjoy portraits on the odd occasion, as well as taking Macro photos of Irises so that people can get a good idea of just how beautiful and unique their eyes are.

I also happen to be lucky enough to work at one of the many Black's photography outlets in the Mississauga area.

I'm always happy to teach what small part of photography I understand well , and love to hear other's tips and tricks too, so feel free to comment on things you like, or could see improve!
