Don't get much sleep, and can almost always laugh at myself and others (but not in that creepy, psycho clown sort of way).
I'm inspired by edgier, non-traditional photography, (whatever that means), but I feel like I shoot fluffy, traditional photography...
I shoot digital but am feeling this pull back to film. Not a pull away from digital, but would love to feel more confident with film. Looking for a good Canon film body. In the mean time I have a Polaroid Land Camera and a super crappy Holga (yeah, plastic!)
I love shooting with prime lenses..."zoom with your feet"...
I especially love monkeys.

It was a dark, and stormy night in San Francisco (well, dark and cold at least) and some flickr members were gathered at Crossroads to stay warm, meet other flickr folks, have a drink and a bite. I was at the counter paying for wine for www.flickr.com/ph... and myself and realized I was $0.37 short! Just then a kind stranger came up and paid my $0.37, saving me from the walk back to my purse. Yes, this kind stranger was macromaven! That $0.37 not only brought us our wine, it led me to macromaven's wonderful photos, something I am very happy about!
