First and foremost I am an artist and I'm passionate about creating and challenging the accepted norm. I started taking photographs back in high school for the school newspaper, with a Minolta film camera. I changed my medium from photography to sketching and painting and through the years of portrait painting, landscape painting and abstracts I've learned a little about composition and proper lighting and I attempt to apply these principles to my digital photography. I'm learning and I aspire to be a photojournalist. If I were to describe myself and my style in a word, I think it would be enigmatic. I see the attraction in distractions and try to incorporate them into my street photography.
