I retired in 2008 and bought a D40x Nikon to take pictures with.

Some tousands of pictures later my shutter began to act up.

Now [being May 2011] I purchased a Nikon D7000 - a total new experience!!!!

I like picturing Birds, Insects, Spiders, Flowers, Sunset, Beaches, Just about anything but people [though I am trying to develope a taste for photographing people].
