The camera is an unflinching, uncompromising eye. It does not hold sway with prejudice, nor does it carry bias. It will, in the right hands, capture the harsh truth.

And in my hands, I aim to make it capture beauty as well.

If only to show the world that there is an inherent beauty in all things.

I'm an eclectic photographer; I've always been interested in photography but only started taking it seriously once someone was actually brave enough to lend me their Canon EOS 350D. And then I was completely taken. Nowadays I own my own SLR, a 400D, with two kit lenses, although my favourite lens is still the one I bought, the 50mm prime lens.

I have an extremely broad range of interests when it comes to photography subjects, but usually I am for striking or stunning photographs. If I can make at least one person go 'wow', I'm happy.

I'm a technical person as much as I am artistic, which lends well into HDR composites, panoramas, etc.

Inspiration? I'm a dedicated Christian, and live my life at peace in the grace and comfort of the living God. All of Creation is a photography playground. Who wouldn't be inspired at that prospect?
