Update:

I feel like I've done quite a lot since I wrote the original profile info below, but I haven't posted everything to Flickr. I'll go back someday, sort through them and get them uploaded.

I feel I haven't done enough though, and am trying to do more. I don't have a DSLR anymore either, shooting only with mirrorless gear now. Anyway, I hope you like my images, feel free to comment and critique as you like.

I had a brief fling with SLR photography around 10 years ago. I had (and still have) a Minolta XG-1n with a single 50mm f1.7 lens. We had some fun and I learned a bit about light, depth of field, composition and B&W developing.

Having shot a digital point and shoot for some years, mostly on holiday, I thought I'd invest in a DSLR and do some proper learning. What you'll find here is that process - I hope!
