People say that I see things differently than most, or that I notice things that others wouldn't. I hope so. I hope my photos show that.

About me as a person: I grew up in the 60's & 70's... to me those were the best years... music was fresh, creative, and innovative - you didn't have to look like a model to have a great band that was appreciated by millions... everything seemed like a revolution, not an evolution. there was no internet, computers, cell phones, texting... you didn't know what an album sounded like before it came out until you bought it. while technology brings many things, an innocence and newness isn't one of them. i'm employed in the information technology field and yet i long for simpler days. cameras shot film and you were careful of the shots you took as you didn't want to waste them. you took pride in the photos you developed in the darkroom - the process, the smell of the various chemicals - it all meant something. it was precious.
