Today (March 21, 2019) I finally got to change my login from Yahoo to an account that I'm more likely to use. Now I need to think about moving all that email from Yahoo, and then I'll just likely abandon it. I loved Rocketmail (from those long ago days), but have mostly kept Yahoo because they'd acquired Flickr, and I'm happy that they've been acquired by SmugMug. I just hope they don't change things too much.

So, now SmugMug has acquired poor neglected Flickr. It'll be nice to not have it linked to my "Yahoo" account (which was originally my Rocketmail account). I wonder what the future holds...

Here's the most useful link for Flickr that there is: It gives a view like the old one used to be, instead of that ugly and idiotic never ending rolling screen.

I left Flickr in 2013, because the changes were more than I could take. I've been on Ipernity, but to be truthful, it really wasn't any better, in the long run, and there were few, if any changes that were requested. It's easier to deal with Flickr. I don't think it'll ever be the fun social place that it used to be, but that's the way it goes. Now that I've moved the Ipernity stuff over, I'll be adding pix I've taken since 2015.

Maybe I'll even see if there's any active groups that are still fun...Turns out that there aren't any. :-{

Everything changes. Everything.
