Please note that most of my photos are COPYRIGHTED and may not be used without my permission. Unfortunately I am very busy these days and don't really check my Flickr mail very often, so it may be weeks before I respond to a request to use a photo.

All photos taken since April 1, 1989 are considered copyrighted the moment they are taken, even if they are not watermarked with a copyright notice. If you are unsure about the copyright status of any photo on Flickr, it is always listed on the right-hand side of the page under "Owner settings".

A few of my photos, such as my James Otto photos, may be used under Creative Commons licensing. Please note that Creative Commons does NOT mean "public domain". It is a licensing agreement between you and the creator of a work, and it is up to you to read the license carefully and abide by it.
