Above all and foremost a plea: Please do NOT invite my images to groups featuring tacky icons or worse to groups acting like a flickr Ponzi scheme. Don't waste your nor my time! Thank you!

I am a person with multiple interests who enjoys exploring those places of our planet which have still managed to escape too much of "human interference and reshaping". I'm an avidly observing person who likes to document this world or create imaginary worlds to get my ideas and thoughts out to others.

If you are one of those who collect tens or hundreds of thousands of contacts please do not bother to make me a contact for I won't reciprocate. This is not about NUMBERS, it is about QUALITY which leads me to another pet peeve: overdone HDR!! If you thrive on bonbon-coloured HDR please just skip me and my profile for I will not follow your stream. Thanks!

Oh and on a side note: every day flickr is getting more "visual spam" by groups that hand out shiny, glossy, shimmering, glittering or sparkling award images and I DESPISE those. Using a phrase from the Donny Darko movie I wanted to make a statement that I do NOT commit to the pursuit of sparkling icons and such. And to worsen the situation we have now people on flickr who respond with revulsive icons instead of their own words. Trust me, you get obliterated if you litter my photo threads. We should all respect each other's work and not deface or litter their work nor use it for mindless self advertisement.
