As a photographer, I am drawn to the beauty and wonder of things past and emotions in the present. Every place is a footprint of history. People are generally proud of their birthplace but they also place value on locations that have mattered to them for different reasons. Shooting these people adds an extra dimension in terms of how they relate to their permanent and temporary environments.

Urban and street photos of valuable interest, archaeological shots as well as museum images - indoor and outdoor - reflect situations that I truly enjoy portraying.

Flickr allows me to meet people and share instants in the most active groups.

A while back I opened up two groups for newbies and people who do not receive many faves. I also moderate another ten groups.
