I born in 1965 in Riccione RN, Italy. I grew up in a newspaper shop owned by my parents, spending big part of my days reading about everything. But mainly I enjoyed to read about photography, architecture, sailing and sport. I can almost state that I've been in love with photography since that, or maybe since the day in which my father bring home a wonderful, fully manual Olympus OM1 with a 28 mm, a 75-150 zoom and a great prime 50 1.8.

 

In 1999 I moved to Sweden, I took with me all OM1 stuff and started more seriously, reading books and shooting some BW, (i then had to quit just for budget reason :-)

 

Recently this passion came back and finally in june 2009 I bought a EOS50D, which i really enjoy.

I enjoyed Flickr in 2007, but became more active since the beginning of 2010. Finally in november 2022, after few years of "low tide inspiration" I got my first mirrorless, a EOS-R.

 

I love mostly architectural and abstract, details and urban scenes. But rarely i have people or animals in my pictures....so far. I'm a bit macro freak, while I care less for people and landscapes, even if i really like bigcity environment.

 

I'll really appreciate any comments to my photo, I believe i have a lot to learn so I'll really appreciate any comments you can send on my photos.
