My impression of Luis Drayton is that of an eclectic New Renaissance Artist whose virtues are quite familiar with what the lowest and the highest of what Life Herself can offer... Translating / Interpreting Life into Art and bloody vice versa too... Luis has easily extented Luis Drayton into posterity via music, verses, images and charm. I am a fan of LD's artistic works. Luis for me is a real Frontline UK warrior, I have always liked his work, its progressive, thought provoking and has a style that is unique which sets Luis apart. Deserving of National recognition to be sure. I adore his mindset for it has no barriers, no rules or rigidity, a rare thing nowadays and this mindset weaves the magic that makes his art so superior to others. Burroughs and Alexander Trocchi at their best; his works as a musician (principally with Six Inch Killaz) are masterpieces of pop-punk-rocknroll; and his film work is surely amongst the greatest the medium has to offer. Quite simply, Luis Drayton is the greatest artist of modern times, and I am sure he will eventually come to be recognised as the key figure of the past thousand years.
