Lugh Ri conosciuto anche col nome di Luca col quale sono entrato in contatto qui su Flickr per una via trasversale, non legata alla fotografia ma alla musica, scoprendo che siamo entrambi fan della stessa band. Partiamo subito dagli eterni attriti che ci distanziano, lui è Canoniano ed io Nikonista e questo già basterebbe per chiudere il testimonial qui. Bene, ma sarò indulgente e vi racconterò qualcosa di Lugh Ri. Lugh Ri è una persona gentile e di cultura, magari riuscissi io a leggere tutti i libri che legge lui! Lo considero un eclettico e anche uno sperimentatore come potere notare dai suoi numerosi set. Un pizzico narciso ma spesso abbinato a grande ironia, quest'ultima cosa non la risparmia proprio e direi per fortuna, quando ci si incontra per qualche safari fotografico. E quando vuole sa essere pungente, beh ho la fortuna di conoscere uno che potrebbe chiamarsi tranquillamente Sting. Scorrere le foto dei suoi set non annoia mai sia per vastità che soggetti, ma come ho detto in altre parole è un eclettico. Alcune foto sono anche elaborate non per cercare di ottenere un'artefatta perfezione, ma per dare un significato o un'emozione. Un artista? Forse si...

Some of you out there may agree with my opinion, that sometimes beauty hides herself even in that tiny no-man’s land between dullness and banality, always on the verge of falling into one of those pits. Sometimes LugRi has been able to catch that delicate balance within his lenses, and maybe sometimes he has been not, but I think it’s worth an handful of minutes of your time to visit this gallery, which is basically a gallery of landscapes of souls.
