I grew up in Ottawa, Canada's capital. I had my first experience with photography following my father around when he went out to shoot the various festivals around the city. My passion didn't really take off until I had a chance meeting with the famous Ottawa photographer Yousuf Karsh. My hobby took a back burner to the stresses of everyday life until recently when my father passed away and I took it up again. I love black and white photography above all else, but I shoot a wide variety of subjects. I recently made the switch over to digital....and I`m loving it! When I'm shooting I'm taken back to a simpler time, and often feel my father looking over my shoulder. I hope you enjoy my pictures as much as I did making them. Thank you.
