eLLo and black koki, two artists with backgrounds in various art disciplines and design, founded love and hate in 2004 as a platform to showcase new work, collaborate in different fields, curate productions and to direct creative projects.

They keep their eyes open to capture images, movements and unexpected moments within their immediate environment and elsewhere with a desire to produce relevant, engaging and effective work.

Keeping to their DIY ethos, they adapt and experiment with techniques and traditional approaches, to create balanced visual solutions. They are activists through painting, art and design.
