Five years ago I picked up my first dSLR and fell in love. At the time I was in a line of work that I no longer enjoyed and wanted out of more and more with every passing day. I needed a creative outlet and after reading about project 365 decided to embark on my own. I finished year one of it and loved it so much I couldn't imagine life without it and so started year two. After posting photos to Flickr and Facebook I had several requests to do portraits and then even a wedding. And I began to wonder if something I loved would also be something that brought an income. And so here I am still working on that part. Besides photography, I love travel, being outdoors, gardening, camping, quading and catching those all on camera. I love the four men in my life who join me in all these activities and who will model for me at any given time or place. Oh, and I love a good cup of tea.
