I suppose I've finally become what I always wanted to be - retired early and living in France.

I'm not currently a serious photographer and the advent of the digital camera suits me fine. I used to potter about with bottles of hypo and stuff but that's all in the past.

A Canon EOS 1100D is now my camera of choice - compact but very versatile and with a great zoom on it.
