Having gained support from the InnovationRCA Incubator in 2010, we have built an impressive multidisciplinary network of collaborators, and won a Grand Challenges Explorations grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in 2011 to “create the next generation of sanitation technologies.”

We are an interdisciplinary team of designers, engineers and businesspeople, committed to creating a paradigm shift in sanitation.

Loowatt is currently developing a pilot system in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
