Update:
June 09: While I currently haven't nearly enough time to keep up with my friends and contacts as much as I would love to, I'm trying to stop in occasionally from time to time to post and see what you all have been up to. I'll check in from time to time though, and will continue to enjoy your posts as time allows. Keep up the excellent work :)
To all my Flickr Friends: Thank you, I appreciate your friendships, your consistent comments, encouragement and your help. You're simply the BEST :) You have given me countless hours of enjoyment at times I really needed it and a chance to laugh with you and share your lives. I am truly blessed to count so many of you as friends.
The 52 weeks project is probably the best thing I've ever done for myself and I will be eternally grateful to the friend who issued the challenge. It has forced me to look at myself, not just the exterior, but deeper, in order to create something of worth to share with the Flickr community. Though my portraits are still very amateur by comparison to so many here on Flickr, I'm pleased with the skills I learned and distance I've come. I've found a new direction in my life, and it all started looking through the viewfinder of a little point and shoot camera :)
