A testimonial to a good friend that I have never met: Jaime and I met on the Internet over our common love for mobile phones and gadgets. We formed a great friendship over the years. A while after I got into photography, Jaime asked a few basic questions about how to get the right gear, lighting equipment, techniques etc. I shared what I knew then (only 2 or so years ago). He has since surpassed me and has become a truly exceptional photographer: a master. I don't say this lightly, but I now admire his work and and learn as much as can by perusing his pictures. It's truly incredible the fast pace at which he has developed as a photographer .. no, scratch that . an Artist! What sets apart Jaime from the 1000s of other Flickr photographers is that his work is conceptually unique for the most part. This is a testament to his creativity. I'm truly proud to call Jaime a friend and an inspiration. Keep on shooting bro!

I stumbled upon Jamie’s photostream and am now officially stalking his 365 project! Not only is he an ambitious strobist, but also a very interesting personality. Loko, keep up the great work, I mostly favour your high key portraits and the ones in black and white.

I've only been following Jesse for only a short time (2 months), but I think he's one of the most hard working and creative strobists out here. From his self portraits with his massive array of lights to client work - the shots are always filled with Jesse's RAW emotion and love for the art. I really love his real "in your face" style - both behind and in front of the lens - it makes me want to grab my gear, a bottle of tequila and hit the town with him. I can see he has the urge to get a story out there through photos - and it's really starting to break through - one frame at a time. I really admire his dedication to this quest. Keep up with this work - it's the most inspiring strobist stream I follow.
