Licensing

Many of my photos are available for non-commercial use by attribution (if possible, I prefer that you link to the photo page on Flickr). Note: Like the majority of Creative Commons users, I consider use of photos on an ad-supported website to be a commercial use (see this report). Similarly, if you are using my photos on a website to sell your products, that is a commercial use.

A small number of my photos are available through Getty Images for commercial use. For commercial use of other photos, any uncredited use, or any use of a photo not available under a Creative Commons license, please contact me via FlickrMail.
