I love taking pictures. I got my first digital camera in October of '06 on a whim, and it turned into quite the obsessive hobby. I enjoy it a lot, whether I'm trying to manipulate my little point-and-shoot to act like a DSLR or just pretending to be competent with my boyfriend's actual DSLR.

I started out with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ5, and have now jumped up a bit with a DMC-FZ18. I occasionally mess around with a Canon Rebel XT.

I love editing pictures (both Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop Elements) - cropping, messing with color, and other such things. However, all of my pictures on here are "as is" straight from the camera with not even the tiniest crop. I see this as a way to backup my pictures in case of a hard drive crash, so I want every unsightly detail intact.

Disneyland? Awesome place to practice photography.
