I am a female artist raised in Toronto, Canada. I have picked up my first digital point-and-shoot camera in 2004 and in 2007 I have upgraded to a DSLR. I think of photography as an art, not just a hobby. There are many ways you can create your photos ... lighting, angles, props, models, shutter speed, aperture, etc., but also you can create magnificent photos by pure luck. This is what I love about photography, the beauty contained in the moment and through a controlled setting, or both.
