Our mission is to inspire others to nourish themselves with life’s magical elixirs. We celebrate Lisa’s adventurous, inquisitive and elegant lifestyle that is centered around delicious food, beauty and travel.

 

Education, entertainment, cookbooks and products motivate consumers to share a unique experience while elevating their everyday.

 

Our venues for consumption are elegant and easy to access. For both Lisa and the consumer the joy is in the experience and our venues provide that access.

 

Innovative, inquisitive, creative and hands-on, Living Dahl reflects the personality and exuberance of its founder and its audience. Living Dahl nourishes the mind, body and soul.

 

Lisa has over fifteen years of experience as a restaurateur, chef, author and philanthropist. Her endless energy, attention to detail and passion for food and ambience is found in two award winning restaurants, Dahl & Di Luca RistoranteItaliano and CucinaRustica, in beautiful Sedona, Arizona.

 

Dahl & Di Luca RistoranteItaliano debuted in 1996 after Lisa moved from the San Francisco Bay area in 1995. CucinaRustica began welcoming guests seven years later. Ranking Arizona Magazine places Dahl & Di Luca in the top two Italian restaurants in Arizona.

 

Both restaurants receive top awards every year, including Wine Spectator awards and are a testament to Lisa’s dedication to signature culinary creations and the dining experience.

 

As Executive sous-chef for the restaurants she makes sure that there is one key ingredient in every dish – love. The food speaks of fresh ingredients, simplicity and care in preparation.

 

She has been a board member of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce and the Sedona Community Foundation. She was the recipient of the 2006 Customer Satisfaction award by the National Association of Women Business Owners, NAWBO.

 

She has been recognized as a leader in philanthropy for the Sedona community and global disaster relief contributor.

 

Her recipes are regularly requested by readers of Gourmet, Bon Appétit, Sedona Magazine and subsequently published.

 

As a food writer her food & lifestyle column appeared for a year in Sedona Monthly Magazine.

 

In 2007 Lisa launched Living Dahl Brands separate from her restaurant interests. The primary component of Living Dahl is her award winning cookbook – The Elixir of Life Cookbook. The book was award the Gold Medal IPPY 2011 Cookbook of the Year as well as the Gold Medal Living Now Award for Cookbook of the Year.

 

The tag line for Living Dahl is A Romance With Food. Anytime spent with Lisa and you will know her positive and passionate vibration to do things and do them well. Her romance with food is because so much of life can be satisfied by congregating around a healthy and vibrant lifestyle.

 

Consumer and fellow passionate foodies follow Lisa through Living Dahl TV and her online store The Elixir Store. The online venues bring her joy to video and her products of food, books and apparel to your home.
