Having been successfully prosecuted by then-US Attorney and New Jersey's current Governor, Christopher J. Christie, Tewhan "Massacre" Butler is currently serving a 30-year sentence, as a result of his R.I.C.O. conviction, in a Strategic Management Unit of a maximum security United States Penitentiary where he is on 23-hour plus lockdown.
