A bit of a "rock chick"!

Have just started taking up photography in the last few months, starting with a Nikon D40x, and have recently upgraded to a Canon 40D.

My beautiful little daughter, Ethnee-Rae started my interest in photography after wanting a little more than a "family snap" of her. Attended a Digital Imaging course end of last year, meeting 3 very special people who have just fuelled my interest even more! (thank you ;-)) Went on to a Photoshop Course in Jan this year with them, and have just finished another... shame we cant find anymore!

My favourite style of photographs can be seen in my "Coastal" and you will see many in my favourites, that I aspire to achieve, along with woodlands Etc., Photography has been great, I spend any spare time, either photographing or at least reading about it etc., I would like to have a little studio and take portraits of kids etc., ... one day. Id love to be paid doing something I love so much!

I hope to be photographing for a long time, hoping to nail that shot that I strive for...

NOW: (Oct 08) I just want to add a BIG THANK YOU to all my Flickrites ... who we all meet up regularly, adding new friends as we go along... and its been such a hoot., encouraging and just a scream... especially on the evenings with the PC/wine/chocs... and comments flying back & forth to each other... wouldnt miss it for the world!!!!
