Hi, I started this photography madness in autumn 2013 when the opportunity came to get hold of my first DSLR. Its something that I've wanted to do for ages so I took the plunge.

I'm self taught as you can probably tell and I only have some basic kit (until a lottery win) so here goes.

Landscapes and Wildlife is the route I've found myself most interested in, but I've done some family life shoots which has been hugely rewarding.

Living in Derbyshire opens up all sorts of opportunities within the Peaks and beyond, so let's see what happens.

I've gone a bit obsessed with weather patterns, clouds, sunrise and sunset times arrgh. Is that normal?
