Birgit is a friend who invited me to join flickr and I don't regret this. She is an ambitious photographer and she understands how to catch and preserve special moments in life and in nature. She has the unique felling for aesthetics !!! That' s perhaps the reason for her career in the world of fashion, too. I believe, she is open for something new concerning photographing but in my opinion her greatest strength is in her still lifes and loving arrangements. She knows how to portrait scenes with an easy handling and minimal ingredients and how to bring objects together to reach relationships in material, colour and mood. I would like her pictures to become better known, especially the photos full of vitality and joy she took at our sunflower-festival ! That's why I intend to offer the photos to a magazine I am in contact with. I would be very pleased to see her photos published and I' am sure that could be a motivation for her further work, too !
