Local Initiatives Support Corporation/Chicago is a community development corporation working to improve the quality of life of Chicago neighborhoods.

LISC Chicago's New Communities Program is the nation's largest demonstration of comprehensive community development. It is supported by a major grant from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
