Lisa and Tom are passionate about photography, both behind the lens and in the digital darkroom. From UrbEx and HDR to newborns and nature, they appreciate the world around them and embrace the challenge of interpreting what their eyes see and their hearts feel via their photography. They often "pre-visualize" their photographs, seeing the finished image in their mind, sometimes well before its completion. They seek to capture the essence of wherever they are, the beauty of what they see (even in old dilapidated subjects), and depict what they feel through their art.

Lisa and Tom have had successful gallery exhibitions, have won awards at the local, state, national, and international level, and their photographs have appeared in Adirondack Life, Wild Bird, Birder’s World, in calendars, and on the covers of a paperback novel and the Wolf Conservation Calendar. They have presented many programs, classes, and workshops for NECCC, PPANE, PPA, PSA, and numerous other photo organizations. They love to teach and inspire, and to share what they know with others.
