Hi everybody!

I'm 18-years-old and my grandpa got me hooked on photography about 2 years ago. Thanks grandpa! I shoot with a Nikon D5000 and also a Canon PowerShot A95. I like taking macro shots for some reason...it's fun though.

If you haven't noticed I'm quite far from being a professional. I don't really know how to edit my pictures. I don't have photoshop. Most of the time I just crop and make them black and white, and call it good. I'm just starting to experiment with the picnik program Flickr offers.

I try to edit and take pictures whenever I have the time and energy to, but most of the time I've fairly busy juggling extracurricular activities and work with school. So most of my picture-taking ends up taking place in the summer, since I don't take the photography classes offered at my school [I just can't fit it].

Please leave some comments and maybe even tips! I would really appreciate some feedback from the pros. =D Thanks.
