I'm what I guess you'd term a prosumer photographer :-)

Photography has been my passionate hobby for the past 7 years and I'm still learning so much from it. Most of that time I have shot with a Sony Cybershot F707, but a couple of years ago I purchased the Canon 5D and entered the world of Digital SLR. It was pretty scary at first but I'm getting more confidence and better images each time I use it. I mainly shoot landscape and architectural images but I want to learn how to do good quality portrait.

I often have a hard time finding time to devote to photography as my job as an Associate VFX Editor at Weta Digital here in Wellington takes up most of my days. But it's a great job so I don't mind too much :-)

Hopefully my Flickr page will end up being a journey of several types, skill, places and subjects. It's very exciting to look ahead to the future.
