I am a professional photographer and also a linguist. I started out as music photographer and later turned to documenting activities of various climate groups. My work appeared in various newspapers and magazines in Germany (Spiegel, Stern, Zeit, taz, Freitag, …) and was also used by TV and radio networks. I am working for the Belrin-based agency Pic One, which collaborates with dpa and ddp.

This account is used to showcase pictures of linguists during talks at conferences and in universities. I decided to put them here as a kind of permanent archive that is also found by Wikipedia authors.
