I am of mother of 4 children, all grown now and venturing out into college, careers, marriage, etc. I am happily married still after 25 years! Teach 5th and 6th graders at my church, been doing it for 26 years, and LOVE IT! I am a Christian and love HIM!!! Joined the Army when I was 18 and served 4 years as a photojournalist. From that time till now I have always enjoyed photography and have carried a point and shoot type camera in my purse for several years. Am looking forward to my first DSLR and in the meantime am trying to manipulate the settings on the camera I do have (Panasonic DMC-ZS3, a point and shoot) and force it to do what I want to create the image I want....a bit challenging for sure. Looking forward to spending more time behind my camera this year!
