Born in 1942 I've had an interest in photography for over 60 years and have used many different cameras of many makes, Box Brownies, 1/4 plate, TLR and SLR but now take all of my shots with a digital camera. Over the years I have had a number of photos published both in the local paper, in travel books, educational books, as Christmas cards and in the Guide to Great Photography book as well as on other websites and in various publications.

Now back on flickr after an extended break, although somewhat restricted because of mobility problems, I hope in the coming months to make additions to my various albums.

Quite a few of my shots will be of Lincolnshire in an attempt to capture a little bit of my home county for posterity.

Whilst I will try and view new shots from my contacts multiple posts and the increasing numbers make this difficult because of the constraints on my time and I am therefore keeping the list of people I follow to around 100. If I find that a contact appears to have vanished or I do not hear from them then they may find they have been deleted from my contact list.

If a make criticism of a shot I hope it will be taken in the spirit it is given. I hope to be helpful although in photography there are no hard and fast rules and I do not suggest I am right, I am merely giving another point of view.

My apologies for those who may pass by and who's photographs I do not see or comment on, so little time, so many great images.
