The photographic medium has been expected to prove, explain or entertain and I strive within my art to achieve a moving experience for both the viewer and myself. My intent as an storyteller photographer is to build a narrative and explore how plot can translate into imagery. My stories may be fact or fiction, staged or found. An image should pull you in, hold your imagination, bring you someplace else and strike a chord, just like any well-told story.
