Author. Former Writer& former Proofreader. However, I haven’t been without a camera in my hands since the age of 11. My constant travelling companion alongside my camera is a condition known as Multiple Sclerosis. UPDATE 2022: I was diagnosed by my Neurologist on MARCH2022 as also having a rare condition Multiple System Atrophy (www.nhs.uk/conditions/multiple-system-atrophy/) So far .- it only affects my mobility therefore I aim to continue photo-ing as long as my arms and upper body remain steady enough to do so.
UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 2022 My husband is now my FULL TIME CARER. I'm indebted to him for the calm, patient and humble way that he copes with what life has thrown at him. I feel truly blessed. ❤️

I first became attracted to Eiona through my great friend and photographer, Colin Gould. Her comments on his photos were always so wonderful that, a few months after Colin (RIP) passed, I decided to check out her photo stream and was just blown away by how good it was. Now, after reading her profile, I see that we also share another thing besides photography, I too am disabled and like Eiona, I still manage to get about and do something I love.
