Deserts of the world are my inspirational realm, in particular the Colorado Plateau and the Namib desert. Hiking, backpacking, boating, kayaking and camping around the Colorado Plateau, in search of unique compositions and evocative light moments, (should) define my photography. However, I take my photographic equipment also with me to trips to Europe, Central and South America, Africa, Asia. These are sometimes the usual & casual tourist trips and other times rough overland adventures.
