Life Flight Network (LFN) is a not-for-profit medical transport service owned by a consortium of Oregon Health & Science University, Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, and Providence Health & Services - Oregon. LFN offers air and ground transport across the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West.

The mission of Life Flight Network is to provide critical care transportation to seriously ill or injured patients in a safe, compassionate, efficient, and expeditious manner in a fiscally sound environment and with a goal of positive and sustainable growth.
