I'm an amateur photographer living in Perth, Western Australia. Before I got into any kind of photography I was a huge fan of visual arts, studying Graphic Design and Edith Cowan University. Having a lot of spare time inbetween classes, i found myself wandering around the campus and spending a lot of time on websites such as Digg. During this spare time, I found myself returning to the photo labs more often, seeing if any new photos from the photography students were put up on the walls. After a fair amount of time looking at galleries online, i decided it was time I got a camera and taugh myself to shoot. In mid 2010, I purchased a nice entry level DSLR to get me going on my new hobby.
