I am a student teacher, who loves cats (I adopted two from a shelter, Luna & Saartje), photography, drawing and painting, writing poetry, music, and of course surfing Flickr looking for beautiful photographs.

Photography is something I've always liked, besides post-processing pictures, but I only started to do more with it since I got my first DSLR in 2008.

I take pictures of whatever catches my eye, whether it is an animal, a person, a flower or a landscape; if it looks worth capturing to me, I can't help but click. :-)

I believe natural lighting looks great and it's not necessary to buy expensive lights and other materials (though it might work for others) to make photographs look good.

My biggest challenge is to make a photograph I like using stuff around me (natural light, simple lamps etcetera). It's not about the megapixels, but about the person behind the camera!

I occasionally use Adobe Lightroom and sometimes Adobe Photoshop for colour, contrast or detail enhancement.

When you add me as a contact, don't be offended if I don't add you as well. I try to keep up with my contacts' new photos and visit everyone, but it's hard to keep up with everyone.

So I hope you will respect this.

Don't bother adding or contacting me if you're not interested in my photos, if you don't have photos yourself, if you have porn on your stream or in your contacts or if you're a pervert. You will be blocked without notification.
