A small New Year's present for one of the most talented photographers on flickr and far beyond: Lida Chaulet. The simple purity and highly aesthetic qualities of her photos are to be envied. Her "nude" photography is truly inspired and inspiring. Lida's art works really don't need any words or explanations, but they often give me the feeling that they are unique expressions of "what lies beneath" the surface of the so many different subjects she renders so incredibly well on photographs. Her work never ages, it just evolves and will continue to capture me forever. Thank you, Lida, for being a friend and fellow photographer.
