About me:
Hello there, I'm Liam. You might say I'm rather eccentric, and you'd be right. Somewhat of an anachronist, I have a great interest in the past, and also in politics, sociology and history in general - and I like to think that this is reflected through my photography. In truth the driving force behind learning how to use a camera properly was the desire to be able to document such things before they're gone forever.

A producer of fine shots which, unusually for Flickr, reflect what is actually there rather than what the photographer would like people to believe is seen. Some remarkable shots of abandonment - and I love a bit of abandonment - which keep drawing me back to his photostream.
Liam, has the best collection of abandoned asylum photos I have yet to see on Flickr. His photos are direct, and sometimes not pleasant to look at, but they are real. A look back at what has been forgotten, and what has nearly disappeared.
Liam's photos of abandoned structures and urban decay are amazing on many levels. While they document plight and futility in a way, they are also artistic beyond any social commentary on the subjects. It's worth the time to check out his pictures of some of the UK's abandoned underbelly.
I happily oblige! We met together with Andre Govia in London during a public transportation strike. The obvious thing to say here would be that this guy lives, breaths and shoots vintage. But i rather say i like his quiet approach to both photography and exploring. And don't forgot he gets into cool places like Batters… Read more
I happily oblige! We met together with Andre Govia in London during a public transportation strike. The obvious thing to say here would be that this guy lives, breaths and shoots vintage. But i rather say i like his quiet approach to both photography and exploring. And don't forgot he gets into cool places like Battersea more than once. Cheers mate hope to see you again on the road sometime...
