While I'm originally from New England, I've lived most of my adult life in the US interior: Pennsylvania, Iowa, and now the Texas panhandle, where I've retired from work as a consultant in the local university's writing centers. In the last decade, I've rediscovered my early love for watercolor and line drawing. My work has been influenced by so many artists and especially by my life-long interest in Asian aesthetics.
